Why do you charge per customer?

Relay charges a per-customer fee for two reasons. 1) the platform was built for collaboration and we don’t want to limit the number of teammates you work with and 2) we are focused on making you successful with support automation. If we charged a per-user fee, we would not be aligned to help you create more efficient teams.

Other there any additional software fees?

There are only two potential additional fees. 1) SMS – if you want to set up an SMS short code (5 digits) instead of a standard long code (10 digits), that costs extra. SMS also has a $0.02 per message fee. 2) Phone – If you want an integrated phone system, that has a separate cost as well.

What are the prices for the Expert Network services?

Expert Network pricing varies based on the type of service. Remote support services are priced on a per-customer basis with discounts for volume and vary based on the technologies being supported. Field services are priced on an hourly basis and varies based on if you manage your own jobs or have a team manage the jobs for you. How long does it take to get started?

We make getting started easy! It can be as simple as putting chat on your website in a few minutes or it can be a structured enterprise onboarding process that could take 30 days or more. Either way, we have resources available to make it an easy transition.
